Many people seem to consider Misery unbelievably difficult. I've read a few 'guides' on Misery and haven't really been impressed so far. This is an ongoing collation of general gameplay mechanics and tips unique to Misery, which, if observed, will seriously increase your life expectancy. It is also not a proper walkthrough and it doesn't really hold your hand.
This guide is not about basic game mechanics that have remained the same since vanilla Call of Pripyat.
